Selena Gomez 'who says' makeup tutorial

In this video Selena has a very clean flawless looking face, so this is a great makeup tutorial for teenagers!

Face:

• Apply any moisturizer to your face (always do this before putting on any makeup!)
• Then apply a tinted moisturizer or light foundation but not too much just so it still looks natural and fresh
• to not have shine and keep the face looking matte put a powder close to the color of the tinted moisturizer/foundation.

Eyes:

• apply a frosted white/gold color to your inner two thirds of the lid (of course priming your eyes before this is optional)
• drag the frosted white color down below your lower lash line and in your tear duct
• apply a light choclate brown color to the outer third and drag a little in to the crease giving it a little bit of drama but still having that fun happy effect

Cheeks:

• apply a very nude peachy pearl color to the apples of your cheeks

Lips:

• add a light coraly peach lipstick 
• then ad a baby pink gloss over it e.x. Ulta super shiney lip gloss in "Princess" works very well
